Payment Policy
When booking your appointment online at the end of the process you will be prompted to confirm your appointment by remitting payment for your notarization(s) via Paypal. Payment for notarization’s is due at the time of booking, whether you book your appointment online or by phone. Payments are processed securely via Paypal and a receipt for your payment will be emailed to you along with the confirmation of your appointment.
If confirming your appointment by making your payment via Paypal is an uncomfortable option for you, you can reserve your appointment by calling me directly. I will book your appointment for you. You will then pay your notarization fee after your appointment has been completed via cash or credit card.
After Hours Appointment Policy
Regular business hours are 10am to 6pm Monday – Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1pm to 5pm.
All appointments made outside these hours are billable at 1.5-times the regular notarization rate.
Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, I respectfully request a 24-hour notice. Cancelled appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the notarization fee. There are no refunds for missed appointments.
