Waiting Fee

A waiting fee will not be charged for up to 10 minutes of waiting. However, if the signer arrives 11-30 minutes after the agreed appointment time, the waiting fee will be assessed.
No Show Fee
Full Fee
If the signer does not show up after a 35 minute wait, the appointment will be assessed a no show and charged the full loan signing fee.
Cancellation Fee

If the appointment is cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

If the appointment is canceled less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and/or if the Notary Loan Signing Agent is already en route.
